Welcome to your SHINGO BUILD EXCELLENCE WORKSHOP

This two-day workshop utilizes virtual classroom and host facility 'go and observes' to build upon the knowledge and experience gained from the previous five Shingo workshops.

The BUILD EXCELLENCE* workshop demonstrates the integrated relationships and execution of principles, systems, and tools that drive behavior in a culture toward the ideal while achieving desired results. The workshop addresses the Shingo Model in its entirety and accelerate your cultural transformation by applying the learnings gained from the Shingo Model into a PDCA cycle. Y

Workshop Start Date:

Participants in (3) or more virtual workshops will receive an invitation for a complimentary seat to one of our full day Face to Face “Working Tours”. This provides an in-person experience for ‘go and observe’ activities at one of our Shingo Prize awardee sites or at a ‘Factory of the Future” facility.
