This two-day workshop integrates team activities and host site observations through virtual access to our host facility. It builds upon knowledge and experience gained in the DISCOVER EXCELLENCE* and SYSTEMS DESIGN* workshops. It begins by teaching you how to clearly define value through the eyes of your customers.
