Every Shingo journey starts here. In two days — part classroom, part Gemba walk at a live host site (either virtual or in person) — you'll get your first real look at the Shingo Model and learn how to measure what good looks like.
This workshop provides a clear framework you'll start applying before the workshop even ends.

• The Three Insights of Organizational Excellence, and why they matter
