Everything comes together here. Build Excellence is where the Shingo Model stops being five separate workshops and becomes one integrated system — principles, systems, tools, and behavior, all pulling toward the same result. It's also where PDCA gets its proper introduction: not dropped in out of nowhere, but shown as the engine that ties the entire journey together.
You'll walk away with:
• A clear view of how the Shingo Model strengthens the execution of your actual strategy
• A practical approach to shifting culture guided by organizational purpose
• Real Go & Observe practice, so you leave knowing how to apply the model, not just describe it
• A working PDCA cycle you can start running the day you get back
Complete all six workshops and you'll officially join the Shingo Alumni.
